Our private sessions are designed to ease the pressure of time constraints and schedule demands for the Elite Level Hockey athlete. Completely 100% Custom and specific to an athlete or small group, PS On-Ice Movement and Performance Coaches TM use our system of asymmetry assessment, relationship building, and skill protocol to help each athlete reach their max potential. In Game scouting and performance video sessions can be included as extra development features to increase In-Game Transfer. Whether it's 10 sessions or throughout the entire year, athletes absolutely love the opportunity to work with a PS Personal Coach to grow as a player and enjoy newfound confidence in their game.
